Art Statement

Surrealism is characterized as a non-contextual expression of the subconscious mind. In contrast, my artistic approach is contextual, adhering to a strict order of consistency. I believe that the term EXTREMESUREALISM best describes the language used by my subconscious to capture the rational madness I perceive as reality.

My creativity is driven by a profound inspiration that often haunts me until I capture the image as fresh and vivid as possible. I am unaware of the direction my spirit is guiding me toward until the artwork is finished. My hunger is to capture what my spirit is striving to convey. If art is spiritual then let us respect it as such, by listening to what my inner person is trying to say. I seek to capture an image spontaneously while it remains vivid in my mind’s eye in hope to share a sense of cosmic energy, unifying all aspects of our reality, for reality is inherently singular.

I love Glazing, constructing in multiple layers of transparent pigment suspended in micro layers of transparent oil mediums such as dissolved EMDER CRYSTALS in line seeded oil which is what I used to achieve and deliver great luminosity (reflecting and magnify light, of course there are other areas in a composition that are of equal importance, technical principles such as harmony, perspective, color relativity, and balance.

My work Extends from pure inspiration. I work to capture what my spirit is struggling to convey. If art is spiritual then let us respect it as such, by listening to what my inner person is struggling to say. I am spontaneous in capturing the image while the photo is still fresh in my mind’s eye. I hope to provide the viewer with cosmic energy identifying all our reality’s realities as one for reality can only be one. Inviting all to the world of extreme surrealism.

The objects in my work are actual people that have had a great effect on my experiences experiencee’s, the shapes that they possess are purely based on their positive or negative personality affects they imparted personalities.

I have no idea what the end results will be until the art competes completed. However I’ve come to learn that spontaneity is very important to capturing freshly envisioned images ARTIST BIOGRAPHY IN GOD I DO TRUST

Noel was born in NEW YORK CITY 1956 and raised in Brooklyn. At the age of 13 I was introduced to oil paint. I became attracted to shapes I believe the birth of art happened on or about the age of eight when the teacher gave the whole class typing paper instructing the students that we were going to draw this morning. I quickly drew a figure which resembled a bent over number 8. The teacher we very impressed.
